Each of these has someone waiting on someone else.

Content confirmation still gates part of the build. Zoe's morning standup: gathering content from stakeholders, rest of the pages wait until content is confirmed. By afternoon she had edited six drafts — including Volunteer, the page waiting on Ross — so the block has visibly eased, but her Aug 19 question to Sumit about the Sep 1 signup link has no reply in the thread, and it is still not a Zoe problem to solve.
The launch lead cannot reach the infrastructure. During the Aug 20 outage Jon had no AWS, hosting-panel, or Cloudflare access for wevise.org and had to wait for someone who did (Ravi). Oksana and Vinh hold admin; access for Jon plus a quick-response doc were agreed in the outage thread.
Varsha hit a defect in mentor onboarding (Aug 17) — the duration field cannot be selected, which stops the flow. Platform side.

Chris Stewart — WordPress Developer. Front-end background across WordPress, Elementor, HTML/CSS, JavaScript and PHP. Working with Zoe on the redesign build, and already editing pages directly.
