How it works: the two "Live" links above are the ones to bookmark and share — they always reflect the newest version. Whenever the plan changes, the update lands on those same URLs and a dated copy is added to the archive. Nobody needs a new link.
Frozen dated snapshots, newest first — each still carries an "archived" banner so it's never mistaken for the live version.
