How it works: the "Live" links above are the ones to bookmark and share — they always reflect the newest version. Whenever the plan changes, the update lands on those same URLs; every past version is kept in the project's version history, and the archive below preserves the early snapshots. Nobody needs a new link.
Frozen dated snapshots from before the reports moved into version control (Aug 20), newest first — each carries an "archived" banner so it's never mistaken for the live version. Since Aug 20, every published version is preserved in the project's git history instead.
